Our store is hosted by Shopify, Inc., who provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you the products. Your information is collected and stored in Shopify databases, on a secure server behind a firewall.
Credit Card Information
Chilli Beans uses the third parties Stripe and Paypal to process any sales paid for via credit card. Chilli Beans does not directly hold any payment information other than billing address and a contact email on its servers. Any information collected by Stripe and Paypal may be used in accordance with their own privacy or other policies and is beyond our control.
Navigation data
Please note that the navigation system and software required for the operation of this Web site obtains some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of Internet. These data includes IP addresses, the domain names of the computer's user, other related operating system information and computer settings. The Chilli Beans Australia mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Chilli Beans Australia (“Chilli Beans Australia”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Chilli Beans Australia’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Chilli Beans Australia through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
