The Chilli Beans Australia mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Chilli Beans Australia (“Chilli Beans Australia,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. Any changes to these Mobile Terms will take effect immediately upon being updated. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
Consent to Receive Messages

Once you send a STOP request, you will receive a confirmation message verifying that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from the Service unless you initiate further contact.
If you are subscribed to other Chilli Beans Australia messaging programs, you must opt out separately from each program.

Service Changes

If your number changes, you will need to re-enroll in the Service with your new number.
