All Chilli Beans sunglasses and eyeglasses come with an automatic warranty upon purchase. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our products. This warranty ensures that our products meet the necessary standards for usability and durability.

However, the Chilli Beans warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear or the natural ageing of materials;
• Theft or loss of the product;
• Intentional damage;
• Damage caused by improper use or lack of care.

Please note, the warranty will be void if any third party performs repairs on our products.

For any return or repair requests after a warranty claim, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if the defect occurs after the product has been used.
